SHIPPING for the Czech Republic

We process orders as soon as possible and immediately send them according to your chosen mode of transport.
You can have our products delivered in several ways:

Mailing office (pick-up point) - the parcel is usually delivered to the pick-up points the next day after dispatch.

Price 69,- CZK.

Mailing office (home delivery) - delivery to the address of your choice

Price 99,- CZK.

PPL - Delivery to home or to the pick-up point (parcel shop) by the next day with a guarantee of delivery time from the time the parcel is submitted.

Price 109,- CZK

Personal collection - In person at our branch in Ostrava. The branch address is Nádražní 716/46, Ostrava-Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz, 702 00. As soon as the order is ready for collection, you will be informed by SMS.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

By transfer - to the bank account specified in the email that we will send you when placing the order, including further instructions, or which you can find in the terms and conditions (Do not forget to fill in the VS according to the order number!).

By cash on delivery - You can also send the goods by cash on delivery. The surcharge for this service is 20 CZK.

By card - you can pay by card in person at our branch. WE ARE PREPARING payment by card in the e-shop

By cash - in case of personal collection, see. above at the branch

 

When selling (in store / via shipping service / via another point of sale) the seller will verify that the buyer is not under 18 years of age. The product is shipped only within the Czech Republic.
